Just returned from a great holiday. Pros Amazing cuisine for my taste! Probably the best on the coast. Good wi-fi. Attentive staff and very hospitable host. Good location. Large by the standards of GOA supermarket in the neighboring building. Cons Rooms and service not at the level of the restaurant. Linen is clean but quite old and smells of damp. There is a problem with the hot water, it's a little warm. Sometimes during the night (after 3 a.m.) the water is completely shut off till the morning.

Goa is beautiful, the guest house is so-so... Relaxed in this guest house 13 days in the second half of January. Guest house of 12 rooms, all with private balconies. No air conditioner, no refrigerator, no TV, there is a ceiling fan and safety deposit box for a charge at the reception (we have not used, all valuables kept in a suitcase with a code lock). Hot water is day and night, but only not in the morning, several times was no water at all. A power outage is permanent. Bed linen and the towels were old, rinsed, with spots. Cleaning is not at all, bed linen changed ourselves at once (requested kit at the reception). The house is right on the road, accordingly, the noise from the road is present constantly. Sleep calmly us there could not prevented the noise from the road, music until late in the evening in the restaurant of the hotel, as well as to be heard all the neighbors (doors slamming, evening gatherings with beer/drink by the pool). The contingent of Russians and Kazakhs. Free Breakfast (except the 1-th and the last day): tea/coffee+2 slices of toast+butter+ fruit jam, everything else on the menu at extra charge. From the living creatures: ants, mosquitoes and the little lizard in the toilet. At the reception you can get a scooter for rent, normal price 200-250 rupees per day (they will ask 350-400, comm.) Internet: wi-fi 500 rupees a week. Next to the guest house are the fruit shop and mini market, where you can buy food, drink (including ROM), cosmetics and household goods. To the nearest sheikhs (beach Ashvem) about 1 km on the carriageway, of course without sidewalks, when the output from the house to the right. The beach is excellent, the prices in shakes are more expensive than in Arambole by 50%. We were there only for the first and the last day, all the rest of the days rolled on the various beaches of North Goa, the cheapest prices are in the Arambole (a room with facilities can be removed for 250 rupees a day). In Goa we`ll go back any time, but we do not recommend this guest house , in the first place because of poor quality of sleep. Can only be considered as the cheapest option, and for people completely unpretentious.
