Pathetic service...hotel location is good..apart from tht ,there is nothing called as hospitality service as such ...they said breakfast for 150 per head and upon checkout they overcharged us with 500 per head...it's a disaster to ruin our holiday mood..don't go

Though the resort is located at close proximity to the beach and is a beautiful property overall, the services are very bad. Most of the staff are just not even worth the title. They dont even have a menu for the restaurant printed out properly nor is there any landline connection to the reception. They just tell you to click photo of a torn piece of paper which is both their printed menu and a pen written mob no of reception which they hardly pick up. No hand wash in the bathroom, cleaning services are name sake. They also overcharged us for tea and beer we never had. Unfortunately we had to leave for airport early next morning so had no much time to keep arguing with those people. Really bad experience with services there.

Highlights : 1. The place is at a very prime location and you can find the best bar, restaurant, shopping stores etc . 2. The beach is hardly 3-4 minutes walk with a dedicated path way for people staying at the resort. 3. Rooms are also clean and spacious ! 4. Swimming pool looked ok as we did not use this facility. 5. Swiggy and Zomato delivers to this location, so you need not worry about the limited or NO breakfast option at the resort. 6. Limited parking space[ if you are visiting on weekends ] and you will be directed to an empty space behind the resort. We had parked two cars for three days and did not see any problem or may be we were just lucky ;) Lowlights: Mr Lawrence will spoil all the pros of this resort and my suggestion for the management is to make him attend few classes on hotel management and customer interaction. He makes the check-in process so slow and finds ways to charge you extra. During check-out, I was asked to pay additional amount [ which I did not after losing my patience and raise my voice a bit ] for my 11 year old kid for whom I had already payed while booking the place via MMT. This additional charge was never discussed during check-in or during our 3 nights stay at the resort.
