Old Anchor Dalmia Resorts

Located far away from nearby markets and restaurant. Atmosphere is average. Garden was not maintained properly... Rooms condition was very poor... its smelling bad... old repaired Air conditioner.. switch broken, door latches broken, unhygienic bathroom, wooden floor in room was dameged and uncomfortable.... food quality was bad and not tasty.... I am not given even one star... its like "Naam bade aur darshan Chhote"

This Hotel is in dilapidated condition, this should be shut down and revamped/rebuilt. Fridge doesn't work , electricity goes off often, floors are coming off, TV does not work, no basic amenities. Only saving grace are staffs, they're helpful, courteous and supportive. This is earning bad name to Byke brand.

Horrible experience!!! I booked for a family of 9 with 4 Kids under 17. The lady called Smita suggested on the phone to book 2 rooms for family of 9 and for 3 days she sent me quotation of Rs. 12800 and asked me to pay 50% in advance. I paid and later she told me she mistakenly sent quote for 1 room only and asked me to pay around 25,000. I said it’s your mistake and I do not wish to pay and want to cancel my booking. So called he 15-20 times but did not answer my call until 10:30pm. And she send me quote again if Rs.21000 for rooms at 12:30am midnight. I said I already cancelled my booking and want my refund.. but she is such fraud don’t want to refund though it is not my fault…I request Goa tourism to Blacklist them.. a lot of people had terrible experience with this Hotel… and please suggest me how to get back my advance from them.
