Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Skylon and feel compelled to warn others about this establishment. Poor Customer Service: The staff were unhelpful and dismissive throughout my stay. Basic requests were ignored or met with excuses. Advance Payment Demanded: They insisted on advance rent payment, which felt like a red flag from the start. This should have been my warning to look elsewhere. No Internet: Despite being promised WiFi, there was no working internet connection during my entire stay. In today's world, this is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Dishonest Management: Mr. Mukund continuously lied about amenities and services including WiFi. He couldn't even provide a simple face towel when requested - a basic necessity that any hotel should have readily available. Deceptive Owner: Mr. Arpit, the owner, was equally dishonest. He made false promises just to trap customers into booking. It's clear that both management and ownership lack integrity. I will absolutely NOT be returning to Hotel Skylon, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are far better options available where you'll be treated honestly and with respect. Save yourself the frustration and money - stay elsewhere. Not Recommended.

The property is centrally located and now under new management who have leased the property The place was budget as usual and a very nice and comfortable place I have been staying here since last 10-12 years and feels very homely The staff are courteous and well behaved with great hospitality The food is outstanding Great budget place
