Hospice has been deteriorating since years.The earlier service and experience is going from.bad to worse .The only advantage is the location,being close to the central area of Railway/Bus station ,but now there's a major flyover work in progress outside the hotel and the entire hotel area is jam.oacked all the time with entry and exit cramped and takes a long time.
Rooms are under renovation since many years with regular work in progress.Rooms allotted are in extremely poor condition ,even super delux rooms have peeled off plaster, poor quality fittings,linens and mattresses with toilets in very poor condition.
Restaurant breakfast is too basic.
With the advent of many new hotels around the vicinity, Hospice has to spruce up else will end up losing its old customer base.
