Stayed here on 4th (checkin)& 5th feb(check out).Location of the hotel is terrible...Bang opposite railway station, can't sleep full night because of train horns. Management knows this and should responsibly install sound proof glasses , & alteast provide some relief to customers. Room cleanliness quality is average.We were given torn towels and later changed on request. Toilet quality is quiet poor...don't ever stay in this hotel

The place is very Average. The staff is just ok. Not very rude though not very decent too. The place is a walk from Surat Railway station. And since it is so very close to Station and Railway tracks you will hear noises of trains round the clock. The rooms are decent in size but poorly lit. Even if you book through make my trip which lists it into makemytrips value plus hotel you will not get any toiletries kit and also even if you are booking for 2 people they will provide you with only 1 water bottle. These points were very sad to face. Pathetic people. Even worst part was totalky packed washrooms. Either exhaust fan will not be working or there will be no exhaust in washrooms. Pathetic. Breakfast served is not hot too. And with all these lackings the hotel does not come very cheap compared to city standards. You will find this in range of 1100 to 1400 and in this price range you can find much better hotels to stay near station itself. Also shame on makemytrip for such false promises.
