Atrium (T)

Hi, it's an old property but well maintained with minimal hard-working staff. The rooms were big, neat, and clean, and the location is in Suraj Kund, Faridabad, which is on the outskirts of Delhi and about 1 1/2 hours from the airport during normal traffic. I may highlight staff members, especially Arsh - he was helpful in my check-in formalities, given the fact that it was a late check-in. During the late evening, I did request Jain food dinner; the chef was kind enough to recommend and suggest good food. A point to highlight: while I was waiting for my dinner, the AC was switched off at 10.00 PM as per the hotel's protocol, and they wouldn't restart it. In the morning, the breakfast buffet had limited options for Jain; there was a senior lady who was kind enough to help me with suggestions. I recommend staying at the property, purely based on their staff.

Everything was excellent. Particularly food. Jaisingh, Ramkishore from house keeping dept. we're very courteous. All the staff were very caring and made our stay very pleasent. We stayed for 2 nights and celebrated my wifes 75 th birthday and are totally satisfied with everything.
