Booked the hotel for the wrong date by mistake and informed them within 10 minutes. Requested a simple reschedule, even Agoda customer care called, but Ashok (Front Office Manager) refused with zero flexibility. He was rude and unprofessional on the phone and showed no interest in helping. As a result, I lost a full day’s hotel charge without staying. Extremely disappointing experience. Management cares more about money than customers. ❌

I reached the hotel at 10.30pm with my parents. I had made the booking through go ibibo. When I showed my booking ticket to the person at reception, he informed me that the booking is not confirmed from our side as there is a low tariff issue. I had already made the entire payment 20 days in advance and had no clue what he was talking about. He simply refused to check in and asked me to call go ibibo to resolve the issue. I asked him that this issue was between the hotel and goibibo and I had nothing to do with it. But the guy was very rude. Then I called goibibo several times and at the end goibibo asked me to pay another Rs.500 in cash to the hotel and assured me that I will get a refund. The person at the reception was again being rude. It took complete one hour to resolve the issue. Finally got check in at around 11.45pm. The only reason I put with all the nonsense was because my parents were with me and they were very tired. I got a refund of that Rs. 500 from goibibo eventually in my bank account. Coming to the room, it was dirty and old. Taps were old, walls were dirty and nothing was good about the room. If you book this hotel kindly call them and confirm your booking well in advance. I mean hospitality sector doesn't work that way. Please avoid at any cost
