Had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon. Every touchpoint reflected genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Special thanks to Jalees Khan and Dilawar for their warm leadership, and to Vivek for ensuring all my pre-arrival requests were flawlessly arranged. Kudos to Uday and the Housekeeping team, especially Pushpendra, Floor Executive, and Mahsum, my Floor Associate, for maintaining an impeccably clean and beautifully presented room throughout my stay. The concierge team was outstanding, and the breakfast team delivered an excellent start to each day. A truly memorable experience—I look forward to returning.
