It's very confused way to reach the hotel. Room are clean like it but there is no lift at hotel. If you have more luggage & somebody can't walk in stairs that will be problem. It's budget hotel no lot of expectations & friendly staff.

We booked to stay at this hotel in January for 3 nights but could only cope with two. The problems started before we even got there! We asked for an airport pick up from the hotel. The hotel sent an email and advised they would. Our flights got delayed and we notified them of the time change and they agreed again to pick us up. We arrived in Delhi at 1am in the morning on Christmas day and no one was there to collect us. We got a taxi to the hotel and had to wake the people up to let us in even thought hey knew of our arrival. They then showed us to the dirtiest room ever which had a window that looked onto the corridor. luckily we had brought sleeping bags as we were not going to sleep in the sheets that were provided. The next morning my partner went to pick up our passports from reception and we were told we had to go to the office as they had no record of us (despite agreeing to pick us up from the airport twice!). The reason to go to the office was obviously to try and sell us a trip. They then attempted to try to get me to contact the people who I had booked the hotel through. I gave them the reference number and still they wanted me to sort it out until in the end I advised them to do it themselves as it was a problem between them and the provider and as a customer I should not be involved. The nights sleep was terrible as everyone seemed to congregate on the corridor outside our room and just shout at each other from about 4.30am in the morning. The next day we tried to get a taxi to Majnu Ka Tilla. They tried to talk us out of it by saying all they did was drink whisky and smoke cigars (there was no drink to be bought and it is a tibetan colony). When we got there we understood why they did not want us to go as it was lovely and we ended up staying there that night and 2 more after! We went back to collect our belongings to which some guy who we had never seen before demanded a tip! Needless to say he did not get one. The place is dirty, the staff are rude, it is not 24 hour room service and it is honestly the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. Do not give your money to this hotel.

I had one night stay at this hotel while on transit. I negotiated a price of Rs. 700 (March 2012) for a night stay. The rooms, toilet, lobby all looks worn out and need a refurbishing. The hotel staff does attempts to clean up, but the shine of new hotel is lost. The hotel is located close to railway station and is good for transit The bed was comfortable, clean sheets and pillow and TV was handy which offered good choices for entertainment. The hotel owner agreed to switch on the AC for that price which provide comfort. The bathroom fixtures are not all working, (Tap was broken). Hot & Cold water was available. Breakfast was decent but you had to order it early.
