Om International

The hotel rooms are available in cheap but not a good option when u are travelling with the family. This hotel is above average if you are alone and can manage with the not so co-operative hotel staff.The food was tasty but had limited varieties.

If you have the misfortune of staying in Om International, don't give them more money at checkin than the announced price "in case you order room service, we'll reimburse you at checkout if you don't use it" as they ask. Our room was announced 1550 rupees, at checkout time it suddenly becomes ~2000 with unannounced government taxes. We protested (it was clearly *knowingly* presented in a misleading way) and they agreed to give us back the full amount owed, but this left a very bad taste. On top of that: small cockroach in the room, worn out bed and noisy environnement inside the hotel during the night. We arrived from bus at ~5:30 o'clock in the morning, they adamantly refused to let us checkout at 8-9 after 2 nights. Yes it's written on the wall that "one night in 24h", it still feels like a d**k move. Don't settle for that "hotel", there are much better options for that price in the neighborhood.

We stayed two night in Delhi and the first one was in this hotel. We left as soon as possible. The staff is very rude and as unhelpful as possible. The price (1500 INR) is not that expensive but the rooms aren't worth it. Ours didn't even had a window and we found some bugs under the bed...
