Althouhg the locality is good, that is somwhere around nehru place ,it is good. hotel needs to improve the room service and also on fascilities as some basic fascilities like internet must be there. overall its a good place

When I reached the hotel, the first impression itself was not very good. The reception was not friendly and had a look like "koi bakra mil gaya hotel mein rehne ke liye". Then I went to the room. OMG....terrible. The room did not have a latch-lock from inside. So anybody can open my room from outside. The bathroom was small and the shower cube did not have a door. The fixtures were rusted and leaking. So I asked to change the room but the manager was not ready to change the room for me. In the morning, the water in the basin tap was white in color and had some froth in it. Considering all the stuff I was facing since the last night, I preferred not to complain and brushed my teeth with bottled mineral water. In morning I asked for tea in my room and they straight away refused saying that the buffet breakfast is ready and I should have tea there. The windows do not have any view. The beds were reasonably good and sleep was comfortable. Location is also centralised and good. My suggestion to all - In case all the hotels in Delhi are packed, please sleep on the railway platform, but dont go to this Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel from 9th to 12 July booked through makemytrip. When I checked the hotel is supposed to have Gym and internet. There was no Gym and it they should update the information. Internet is not working at all. Breakfast and food quality was very bad.
