First, the hotel has not the same name on booking and in real. So it’s (almost) impossible to find It. We finally had the hotel on the phone and came to pick it up. Even if apparently was to complicated for this guy to just say « hello » or «  how are you » Yes, the personal of this hostel for the first second to last was rude and not welcoming . Second, there was dirty stains everywhere on bed’s sheets Third, I choose this hostel because the write that they have shuttle option to bring at the airport. I even send an email to ask If it was sure . What you have to understand .. there is absolutely no airport shuttle and they will ask you to pay 5 time the price for a taxi. They ask us 600 roupie we of course said no and took one by ourselves .. we paid 150. Worst hotel ever

This is one of worst hotel which I stayed in my life time, The customer service is terrible and no persons are there to even favor you ..! 1 office boy who knows no language and not ready to even help senior citizens, For taking bags too no one comes, Even after multiple calls they don’t respond, No iron box in hotel and even they dint provide Bedsheet ..! Hard to mention this, Would not recommend this hotel to any one and the place and the washrooms even stink ..! Better Avoid ..!

The rooms stink, the bathrooms are not at all maintained. They switched off the AC frequently. Forget hot water, they did not have a Bucket, Towel or Soap in the bathroom, when requested for the same they said its out of stock. The rooms smells of cigarette. Please avoid, its very bad.
