White House Continental

I m visiting this hotel in 2 times. But same experience occure on both time visiting. 3rd class Rooms and Stafff. Out of 10, 0 rating for Rooms and staff. Gizzer are not working and worst condition. Electric connection are open. Safety precautions not taken. Beds are also not comfortable. Staff are not cooperative. Lift are not in working conditions. No option in breakfast. Self laggdege carring during checkout.

It was a ok ok hotel, according wasn't working and room wasn't clean.. Service was pretty bad. Wish they clean there rooms and give better service. But it's good location for people who are planning to do purchase. Since karol bagh is close to this area.

Dear Friends, I am a Travel Agent from Bangalore and I have booked this White House for my customers of 5 Adult, I received the customer feedback about hotel is very very bad services,( we have informed at hotel stating our customer will reach hotel by night around 10pm so we have requested them to keep the dinner for them, and after my customers reached Hotel at 10pm they asked for dinner and then they found they get food from somewhere out said and it was in plastic cover.. And one thing is they don't have place for customers to sit and eat.. They serve them at room and there is No any Table for people to sit and eat at room even, No Hot water provided in Morning by 5am, No breakfast is provide early morning On request, you just need to skip the breakfast if in case you want go early for your tour... Hotel Stay is also not comfortable.. Very bad feedback from our client, We travel agents really depend on our customers satisfaction and feedback.
