Hotel Snow Princess

I have stayed here for 3 nights with the family, Special thanks to Mr. Balveer and his team . Staffs are good and readily available for any assistance. Location wise hotel is situated on the highway and a bit old but rooms are clean and beautiful and spacious. Food was served fresh and hot. only the suggestion to keep room amenities more in the room which was lacked. Rest all good.

Is hotel ke staff aur manager ko baat karne ka dhang tak nahi hai, main 5 din pehle apni family k sath isi hotel me tha, booking k time in logo ne ek baar bhi mujhse ni pucha ki kal bhi apko continue karna hai kya? Next day maine bola ki sir mujhe aaj bhi continue karna hai, inki ek staff thi ladki, usne check kar k bataya ok sir fir kuch der baad hi usne aur uske bagal me baithe manager ne bola ki hum apko room ni de sakte, maine pucha ki abhi to apne bola ki ap continue kariye aur ab mana kar rahe hai, main kaha jaunga abhi,to mujhse dono behes aur argument karne lage, meri wife k saath bhi galat tarike se baat ki in logo ne,maine hotel turant leave Kiya, main yahi sabse kahunga ki is hotel me rukne se achha hai ki kisi dharmshala me reh lo,par yaha mat lena room, inki service,Inka staff,Inka behaviour sab kuch bhot hi bekar aur un expected hai....koi mat jaana na rehna inke hotel me..thank you
