* Service: Manager Shri Ravi and the staff are exceptionally cordial and helpful. * EV Support: Provided AC charging, which was vital after multiple DC fast charges during the journey. The best part is that two fast chargers are also available in adjacent hotel. * Food: Homely, delicious, and healthy (minimal oil and spices). * Accommodation: Proactively upgraded our double room booking to a triple to accommodate my family. * Value: Excellent value for money. * Cons: The access road to the main Manali road is heavily congested, adding 30–40 minutes of travel time every evening.

The Reviews are so real, it feels like you are living in a burning hell They provide the worst service that one could ever expect, one’s expectancy would be failed to expect the kind of food you are served. The Room Service is as terrible as food, they don’t respect your opinion and simultaneously try to violate your decisions. They are digitally viable and weak, they refuse the continuous use of Credit Cards and other digital financial methods. They charge money for any aspect of service, as an example - you will be charged for asking to bring your dinner to your room. The Food menu is overpriced and food isn’t worth its price. I would claim my experience as one of the worst experiences of my life as a traveller. Thank You

We stayed here for 3 days and I must say the service this hotel provided is very good. Good food, quick service, friendly nature of staff. I would recommend anyone who is visiting manali in coming days / months should definitely try their service 👍
