Snowcrest Manor

The worst hotel experience I’ve had. The property does not match what is shown in the pictures at all. We were shown highly edited or misleading photos. but the actual room was completely different from expectations. My family of 5 people struggled. The rooms felt very basic and poorly ventilated, with extremely small balconies. The condition of the interiors was disappointing, with flies in several areas. Overall maintenance seems neglected. The food was only average at best and barely enjoyable. Cleanliness was also a serious concern, with unclean pillows and an overall untidy feel in the room and common areas. Even the corridor and furnishings appeared dirty and not properly maintained. Noise from other guests made the stay uncomfortable at times, and the environment did not feel suitable for a peaceful family stay. The room provided was not what was originally booked, as a different category was given instead of the family suite that was advertised. There was also an unpleasant smell in both the room and hallway, which added to the discomfort. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the stay was far from comfortable even for a single night. I would not recommend this property for families, especially if you are expecting cleanliness, comfort, and accuracy in what is advertised online.

- Hotel with one of the best views in Manali - Manager, Pushpendra was an amazing support and helpful - food was decent - room are comfortable - located in Manali yet aloof for a quiet - best for self driven or full time cab as it is a bit of a drive up from old cart road (the price for the best view in town) - Definitely recommend the balcony room

visited with my guests last weekend. my guests and I are very happy with their service as it was fast and smooth. the rooms were clean, staff were very nice. the view was absolutely amazing. would definitely work with them again. keep it up!
