Had booked the hotel on their website. Had a decent stay experience Pros 1. Good location & rooms. Lots of food joints nearby. Close to HSR BDA complex 2. Early check in allowed. Cons 1. The staff was unaware of the early check-in 2. Wi-fi internet & DTH TV were not working 3. No dining facilities available. Was told it is stopped due to less occupancy during Covid 4. Only 1 person is there as a care-taker

AC, TV, Internet, Clock, Flush weren't working at different points in my stay. Internet available for 1 hour/day. Towels not replaced. They do not recharge cable TV package on time to save money. Luckily the bed did not break down - that was the only functional thing in this room. You pay Rs 1700/ day just for the bed. They increased prices from Rs 1100/ day to Rs 1700/day over last 6 months, and the room quality and maintenance have gone down - actually non existent now.

Nice property, spacious rooms, courteous staff, excellent location - many food joints nearby. Very good ambience - great woodwork Courteous and helpful front desk staff and room service. Spacious rooms, hygienic washroom. Quick and excellent laundry service. Felt like I was staying at home. 5 Stars
