DOUBLE TREE SUITES BY HILTON BANGALORE

Came here for my wife's birthday. Very happy with the room she was impressed. Thank you for making my stay and my wife happy.

I had a great time at the hotel! Everyone was super nice to me, and the room service team , Kajal and Venkat did an absolutely great job. For instance, I had brought two roses, and the next day I found them in a glass full of water. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. Also, I usually carry my own shampoo, and Kajal noticed that I was nearing the end of my bottle. They went ahead and got me a new one without me even saying anything. It really shows they care. The reception folks were also super helpful, no matter how many times I managed to lock myself out of the room. Overall, my stay was incredibly warm and enjoyable.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton for 13 nights, arranged by my company, and the experience was exceptional from day one. From the moment we arrived, the commitment to safety was evident with thorough security checks at the main entrance. At the front desk, we were consistently greeted by staff with radiant smiles and genuine warmth, setting a delightful tone for our entire stay. The housekeeping team was equally impressive—every single day, they restored our room to the pristine condition of our very first afternoon. Dining at Asia Alive was a daily highlight for my wife, our two children, and me. The culinary team kept every meal exciting, introducing fresh and delicious varieties across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What truly stood out was the personal touch: the chefs made a point to visit our table directly to ask for feedback, ensuring every dish met our expectations. A special mention goes to Aruna, Arul Kumar, Indu, Janeesha, Vezo, Suraj, Pricilla, and the two incredible chefs. They treated us with extraordinary hospitality, went out of their way to make us feel at home, and were amazingly patient and sweet with our kids. To top off a wonderful stay, the team gave us a heartwarming send-off complete with delicious pastries and memorable photos together. Thank you to the entire DoubleTree by Hilton team for making our stay so special
