Hhi Select (T)

This was my 2nd stay i thought the 2nd time they could improve but no i was wrong. The staff behaviour and service is poor pathatic more if i can say , There bill towards food is diffrent and final bill is diffrent . I even meantioned on there site while booking but no response was seen while visiting . This was my last stay and never recomed to anyone . I have also stayed in hhi varanasi which is good but hhi bengaluru is 3rd class hotel not 3 star hotel

During my stay at the hotel, I found the staff very cooperative and good. Location wise, it's a happening place to go around. Rooms were neat and comfortable. My family and myself had a pleasant stay. Value for the room was little on the higher side.

Overall it was good experience, specially hot water in tap helped me as I was suffering from cold. Food was good, service was good, rooms were good. Matters needs to be checked out by management.
