Stayed here and regretted not going down the road to another of the many hotels. Getting a cup of tea was difficult and requested to stay 2 hours later than check out at 11 am. Answer was a definite NO. Hotel was not 50% occupied and was asked to pay another half room rate. Decided to check out and no one to even help with bags or call for a taxi! Do you want to go to such a place? NO.

We had risked to try this hotel considering the location despite several negative comments on Trip advisor and other websites. We learnt our lessons the hard way. It was a treble experience to choose this hotel. Rude behaviour of reception staff, commitments not being meet, dirty rooms and very low maintenance of building was a common sight. It was totally unfortunate to choose this hotel for stay. They never stick on their verbal commitments. Reception is manned by some people who has no hospitality traits. Good luck to it's management to run this hotel in profitable manner. We would never ever suggest this hotel to anyone known to.u

Really liked this hotel. Very up to date bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Lift that works. Clean and professionally run with a good front desk and 24hr porter. Breakfast on the roof was fine. Desk staff are very helpful and professional. Road to the centre is very traffic clogged and polluted if you are a walker like me. That's the main downside, but takis / Tuktuks are cheap.
