Nahar's Heritage

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in since being in India for 3 months. It looked like it was semi derelict in places our room was old broken tired and not clean. We booked a superior and received a hell hole. No hot water no air con that worked no towels for an upgrade and refused. Staff were surly unhelpful the lift was faulty the price was extortionate. We could have stayed in the Bowering club for less 5* not a 1* although it claims 4* status which it isn’t. 100% don’t stay there even if you think the misleading photos look good it’s all a farce and lies I expect to get a full refund from Booking but we will see!!

i booked the hotel via Goibibo, pre-paid and received the confirmation. Everything looks good to go, but only found it out at the check-in that there was no reservation for me and i was told i had to contact Goibibo to sort it out. This was terrible. If they don't want to honor the booking they should have never listed their hotel on the online booking with Goibibo ( i will fill a separated complaint against IBIBO group)...

We booked through booking.com when we arrived they said they had ‘shipped’ us to another hotel and we had to find our own way there or pay three times the price that we had agreed to. Rude, unhelpful staff. Complete scam DO NOT BOOK HERE. Had to pay for another taxi to a different hotel which is a lot worse.
