I recently came to Bangalore with family for a small vacation. Our can driver suggested this nandhana palace hotel. So the day before checkout at midnight 12 o clock a big sound came then we all woke up my sister started crying and we went and checked the whole ceiling in the bathroom fall down she is just about to step in and she was so scared later the hotel management not even took care of that situation and when I asked for refund they are so mean and rude . I will never suggest this place or hotel for anyone . Worst maintanence.

Firstly do not be fooled by the photos you see on the web, they have obviously been taken with a wide angle lens. Clearly stated on the booking form a non-smoking room. Was taken to room that stunk of smoke with ashtray sitting on a table - they said we don't have smoking rooms! I insisted they change my room I was a 16 night booking, then booked into a small with no windows. Asked if it would be possible to move me to a room with windows was told I had booked a standard room, windows are deluxe room higher cost. Doubt the room doors meet International Fire Safety Standards so thin greatly disturbing by guests shouting and talking loudly on mobile phones in the corridors at 1am!! BUT the worst I found bed bugs on day 12, there was no evidence of them before.Killed it, called housekeeping who confirmed bedbugs by picking a squashed corpse off the bed, squashing it between his fingers then throwing it on the floor - very unhygienic -even more so he never washed his hands.Hotel said the bedbugs had been brought in by a large very noisy group the night before. Offered to move me to another room but what guarantees no bedbugs in that room. Once you have bedbugs place should be sealed and fumigated and I just wanted to check out ASAP. They then said they would only refund two of the remaining 4 days of my stay. Took three hours of me sitting in the Lobby going back and forth to Booking.com to try and resolve the issue. The manager extremely uncooperative. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL
