Cleanliness, pool, services are all good, didn't had any problems during my stay

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Orchid for almost a month. The staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the doormen and security, to the front desk and concierge, to the servers and cooks, to the cleaners and gym staff, everyone greeted me with a smile every time even though they work incredibly long hours with only one day off. My favorite memories will be eating breakfast every morning and ordering 2 sunny side up eggs, a plain dosa with sambar, fruits, and ABC juice. I looked forward to eating breakfast and making small talk with the friendly staff. To send me off, the staff prepared multiple treats for me in my room. They also baked a cake that said Best Wishes and gifted me handcrafted dolls! I highly recommend you to stay at Hotel Royal Orchid. A huge thank you to Asem, Babina, Sneha, Aahsaas, Zuber, Stella, and many other staff that I did not get the chance to learn their name. Hope to return soon!
