I looked for a place close to bull temple in basavanagudi and came across this hotel. The website had photos and description which fit in for a budget hotel. However,when I landed there at 645-7am to check in,the guy at the reception was asleep on the sofa which was meant for customers to sit on when they arrive! The guy checked me in and asked me to give an advance in cash.when I asked about card payments he casually said that we never use a machine but the website says you can use card to pay. when he showed the A/c room I got a shock of my family. It was extremely dirty, smelly like it had not been used for months and it was dusty. The bathroom was dirty and so were the bed sheets. I went to wash hands and the tap came off in my hand!I saw two rooms and both were like this.there was no phone in the room to even call the reception nor was the lift working. I had to climb 3floors with luggage. I went down to ask him about these and he says i will get it cleaned and repaired after 1030-11! I decided to move out to another place and asked for the advance back and he refused and spoke rudely.i made the reception guy call his manager on the phone and I asked him for my advance. Eventually I lost I 500/-for just about 20mins in the room while figuring out what I should do. They refused to give complimentary breakfast which is again mentioned online. I don't recommend this place ever after such pathetic behaviour from staff towards customers especially a woman and also the terrible pathetic maintenance of the whole place. It definitely doesn't look ideal for a single woman to stay.i feel hotels should have some inspection etc from trip advisor and other travel websites before choosing to show customers these hotels for booking.

Extremely dirty place. All the photos are old and they have not cleaned the place since ages. AC do not work. Bathrooms are Borken. Taps where leaking. On top of that staff are extremely rude. I checked in for 30 min. Could not stand the smell of the place and moved out. While moving out they refused to refund me. I stayed there for not more than 20 min. Such hotels should be shut down. They spoil the name of the place.

Haved stayed for 2 days in deluxe AC room and it was quite good. Hotel is situated near main road and easy accessable from railway station. Walkable distance from gandhi bazar. Staffs were good and the complimentary breakfast was served to room packed as parcel. Wifi was dead and came to know from the staff that it wont work. It was noisy at the night from the surrounded buildings. Any how its a budget hotel with average facilities for less cost.Reccomended for couples/family/solo travellers.
