The Orchard Suites

Good service and value for money location is excellent and staff is very friendly cleanness and breakfast is good.when I am reaching Bangalore my first preference is orchade suits . We want to stay with family.

This place would be a fairly good place to stay if the staff and the efficiency of the accounting team was better. They took a significant amount without authorisation as 'Ruptub Solutions' You have to google to find out that its Treebo! I had to cancel one of my rooms and they refused to return the money even though I had confirmation both from Treebo and Booking dot com that the room had free cancellation. They are hugely inefficient. The area around the property is busy and not that pleasant. The staff are ok and some are do a lot to help and others are down right rubbish. How is it ok for them to take money out of your card without authorisation and not return it after 4 weeks of your stay being cancelled?

Had an enjoyable stay. Hope where ever possible in India I will try to choose your services. Only one suggestion is to permit to allocate rooms as and when we arrive. Do not stick to regular timings. Sufficient staff should be available to clean the rooms any time in a day.
