The rooms are well maintained and the food is awesome. No doubt about the hospitality and the services offered by the brand. Everything was perfect and affordable. No complaints from our end. Keep it up

No amenities and the reason given is Corona and no occupancy. Sheets weren't changed in spite of request. Bathroom fixtures not working properly. Overall an uncomfortable stay for the money charged. At least charge less if they can't provide proper amenities.

It is given that if I am staying here the third time, I've liked the place first two times. And this time apparently nothing went wrong. However they had set the bar so high in the earlier visits that I found the experience lackluster this time. Overall they were lacking that vibe, the staff was slow and looking bored. The breakfast was okayish and empty containers weren't replenished promptly. Juice wasn't freshly squeezed, I can feel that it was packed one. Tea was dull. Maybe if they weren't so good earlier, I'd have accepted this.
