Westway Hotel Calicut

Hai , I would like to notify that , on 26July2024 evening there is a very bad behaviour regarding the car parking . There is a handicapped car parking. When we came with our car there is no parking in front of the hotel , so we try to park there, the handicapped sign they mark on the floor is not clear. Suddenly the MOD came and told us please take your car from the handicapped parking, we follow the instructions. After 1 hour we came outside we saw a Mercedes Benz white sedan is there on handicapped parking. We just inform the matter to MOD , the reply was you do your job… The behaviour from west way hotel is very very disaster…. We are a regular customer, a group of six. The manager is not aware of his customers, he's wandering here and there, need proper training, especially for night manager. We seriously doubt even the General Manager is aware of the hotel laws in general, not a hotel management professional for sure The reason is premium car can park …

Very nice place. Tasty food. All dishes available. Very friendly staff. Nice ambience for fine dining. Very close to Calicut city. Easily accessible. Enough parking facility available. Cost upto standard. Apt for families

good hotel , clean rooms , food was good , staff was just ok , not very friendly. enjoyed the swimming pool though . the pool top is a good place to relax at night . its in a good locality as its near to city yet in a not very crowded place
