ATS Willingdon Hotel

We checked-in late night after a long flight. Front desk asked for us full payment for 2 nights. We paid. We were assigned room 111. First of all we noticed some bugs - but we were too tired to bother. Then came swarms of mosquitoes!!! We went to front desk but there was no one. We killed dozens of mosquitoes and finally opened the bedsheets - it was full of smell, sheets and pillows seemed used.. Towels were musty. The room was far from clean, with dust and dirt everywhere. The bathroom was in a terrible state, with broken pipes and leaking faucets. The room itself was old and outdated, with worn-out furniture. Then in the night AC started making horrible noises. we spent Unbearable night without any sleep. We tried calling the number but no one replied. The front desk was empty... It was a nightmare. As soon as the sun came up we wanted to check out but the biggest letdown was the staff and the manager who refused to reimburse the one night and also refused to recognize any problems or any room issues. They were arrogant, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. I will not recommend to this place to anyone even if it comes free! Highly avoidable!

I stayed plenty of time in this hotel but this time I had a very bad experience and it was not because of food or condition of room it’s only because of an arrogant receptionist who was working on the morning shift on 10th May, where she didn’t have basic manners and doesn’t know how to talk to people forget about the customers. Where other staffs were very cooperative and helpful

The outdoor setting was lookin good, but the other state staffs are really pathetic. They dont know what they are serving. Even dont know the difference between Brocode and Beer. The dishes are terrible. Not recommended!
