Harbourview Residency

The experience was bad. Wile booking breakfast was offered. At the time of check-in they told it is not available. Room lack maintenance. Check in kit was not provided. With this high price better hotels are available at cochin. Better look for other hotels if you are staying with family.

Pls find below some of my observations during my stay at your hotel 1 There was nobody at the porch for luggage assistance 2 receptionist was rude and did not greet she asked for Aadhar card for check in which was not as per the standards 3 she did not check the booking details Anand asked for the payment. The room was already paid by the travel agent 4 there was no tea kettle in the room after several reminders same was delivered 5 there was seepage in the room and has musty smell 6 only one face and bath towel in room 7 there was lot of noise in the room and after reminder same was changed 8 reception did not inform about reimbursement inclusion Lele bfast etc

Not even worth for a review. I wish there was rating below terrible. High priced rooms for nothing. this hotel is an insult. i am not able to put videos of how filthy the room was .useless and unprofessional staff including the managers. Better go to olive hotel or prayana Hotel in kochi.you will thank me.
