I've been to Holiday Inn Cochin many times over the years, mostly to enjoy the food at its restaurants. This was my first time staying at the hotel, and it was a wonderful experience.
The room was comfortable, the food was excellent as always, and everything was well looked after. But what I appreciated most was the warmth of the team. Everyone I met was pleasant, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a comfortable stay.
Having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I believe there's a difference between service and hospitality. Service can be taught, but hospitality comes from the heart. I could see that reflected in the way the team interacted with guests.
A special thank you to Mr. Fino Babu, General Manager, and Ms. Suganthi, HR Director. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team speak volumes about the culture you've built together.
