From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality. The Service: The staff goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to the reception Staffs ,( Especially Miss .Aleena)who made us feel incredibly welcome and anticipated our every need. The Room: Impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and luxurious. The view of the sea from the club room balcony was breathtaking. The Dining: We had dinner and breakfast at the in-house restaurant, and it was a culinary highlight—fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find a hotel where every single detail is executed perfectly, but Leela Kovalam nails it. The housekeeping staff truly stole the show. What made their service so special: Impeccable Cleanliness: The room was completely flawless. Not a speck of dust, the bathroom was pristine, and everything was organized beautifully. The housekeeping team ( Special Mentions for Mrs Viji and Mr. Maju) is the unsung hero of this hotel. Their hard work and meticulous standards elevated our entire luxury experience. We had a wonderful stay at Leela Raviz Kovalam! The breathtaking ocean views, beautiful property, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully maintained. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the restaurants offered stunning views that made every meal even more enjoyable.
