Very disappointed with the organization of this event. The venue was overcrowded, leading to dirty and insufficient restroom facilities, long lift lines,and a lack of lunch seating. To make matters worse, some high tea items ran out despite us having coupons.it was not organized well enough to handle so many people

Had a wonderful experience at Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Aby Philip, who provided exceptional service. He was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His excellent service really made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable

I recently visited this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I would especially like to appreciate Archana from the Food & Beverage team for her friendly, attentive, and professional service. She was very helpful and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!
