The place is simply over-rated because of the forced/prompted review by their staff. It’s not at all a worthy stay. The least thing which you expect in Munnar would be hot water and clean rooms...

Superb location...it's in cadamom plantation...amidst of nature..well made cottages..good and prompt service...food was good...not much vegetarian options in buffet...go for cardamom plantation walk...

We had worst experience in this hotel in my trip to Kerala. First the wifi doesn't work, then we were staying in two different rooms and in two days, first day in cottage and second day in Jacuzzi...
