Poor experience.... manipulative receptionist and General manager. Just want to rip off guests money by putting some unnecessary hidden charges during check out. We talked to their General Manager...

I don't usually leave any bad online reviews for any service, but this experience is pathetic. Spoiled the whole vacation mood. They gave us soiled and dirty linen and no toiletries were provided...

Please never ever seen a worst property such rude to the customers. Don't know which world they leave where the customer is King. They have denied the booking for the dispute with their third party...
