Kaivalayam Retreat

Place was amazing! Truly felt healed and sad leaving! Beautiful view and amazing service and accommodation

Everything was fantastic ❤️ Right from the propertyv to the staff to the food to the cleanliness to the service, everything was sensational.

This Ayurveda retreat is exceptional. I was here in July for 3 weeks to complete a 21-day Panchakarma cure. The goal was to detox, lose weight, and improve my metabolism. From the very first minute, I felt "at home" here. The medical care provided by Dr. Sooraj PR and his team was outstanding. Thanks to the daily checkups, my therapy progress and diet were adjusted every day. The therapists were all both top-notch professional and lovely. The food was excellent, the accommodation top-notch. The retreat radiates a sense of calm overall; yoga and meditation round it all off. I left after 21 days as a new person and will definitely be back. A very big thank you to the entire Sitaram team🙏
