The Muthoot Plaza

I was in Thiruvananthapuram with my mom and kids and had a two day stay at Hilton. As an international tourist when i choose Hilton my expectation is that I get a consistent experience due to HILTON brand. Here is my experience in Kerala. The front desk staff was very accommodating, especially Akhil, he realized our situation as we were early for checkin and had a senior citizen with us. he provided us the rooms we booked ahead of time. The food was ok but not so great. The service in the food section was chaotic. I believe there was shortage of staff in the food service section . Also, I had booked with breakfast included in booking.com, but when I was there they informed me that it was not the case and was charged for it.

Good atmosphere, great food prepared by chef Bahadur Ram.
