BEST WESTERN PLUS HOTEL HORIZON

I was supposed to travel to Indore in Jan 2025. I booked BW as I had good experiences during my USA travels. I assumed a good service and so booked my stay on my way back from Mumbai to Delhi. I booked it using Yatra and by mistake booked a noncancelable option. After reaching Mumbai my business needs changed and I had to take a return route to Vadodara in place of Indore. I requested Yatra and they said that the cancellation is only up to Hotel. I called the hotel and had a word with the manager (Mr. Vipul). I explained and requested his cooperation. He assured me that he would get back by the end as he needed to get approval from his management. So I waited for him till day end. But to my surprise, he never called and by day end, he declined my request. I called him a couple of times before but he never cae on phone. Although I understand that my request was a favor and not my right to get it, however, I am amazed on how the hotel staff is so eager to capitalize on someone else's problems in the garb of rules and policies. This left me wondering if they are even cooperative with their guests as well during their stay. Thats my two cents based on the interaction itself without stay.

it was amazing experience , food was too good , plenty of option, staff were very polite and professional , will surely opt again. I have recommended my friends also, hotel stay was pleasant only with swimming pool facility
