This hotel has no lift. Rooms are very small and old. Bed sheets and towels are very old and unhygienic. No free mineral water. They don’t allow even one hour late check out. If u don’t get room...

The hotel is one of the best hotel in lonavala...They have an efficient staff and Mr. Khandelwal was very supportive...They have a small swimming pool which is good to enjoy with kids.. the buffet...
