Not suitable for people with walking difficulties as lots of steps. PROS Room large and comfortable. Large safe and kettle in room useful Staff generally very helpful. Good choice of food. Nice atmosphere overall

Decent hotel, clean and nice. Excellent staff! The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. My friend had food restrictions, and the chef made a dish as per her dietary constraints. The hotel could be cleaner, but it was decent. No wow factor other than the staff, but nothing to complain about either. There was some construction noise near our room, but they immediately stopped it once we informed them about it.
