Great rooms and luxury stay. Service would be better overall kuddos.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with convenient access to the metro station. The ambiance, atmosphere, and rooms are all quite pleasant. I particularly enjoy staying at this hotel due to its excellent breakfast options. The services provided are also commendable. Avinash, the room division manager, is exceptionally helpful and personally addresses any concerns that may arise.

I have probably flown to or transited through more than 50 airports and I have never had so bad experience. What should have been productive 9 hours in transit in w cafe enjoying food and coffe ended up bring the most frustrating 9 hours of my life. I was transiting through Mumbai on my way from Bangkok to Addis ababa and I was holding a boarding pass. Instead of a security check and boarding pass check, I was held in the holding area before international transfer for 8 hours without food or access to services available at the airside. The staff showed total lack understanding or even empathy. They seemed to have no clue why it was necessary to hold me there. If the goal is to make transit miserable than the airport definitely achived that goal. My advice to anyone considering travelling is to stay away.
