Heartfelt Thanks for a Wonderful Stay at Manama Hotel Dear Manama Hotel Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. A special thank you goes out to all the staff members who made my visit so memorable. I would especially like to mention Shamin, the waiter, who provided outstanding service throughout our meals, and Wanda at reception—her lovely smile and welcoming voice truly brightened each day. Honestly, if it weren’t for our planned trip, I would have happily extended my stay! Just for her hehe From breakfast through dinner, every meal was delicious and catered perfectly to our preferences. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was always comfortable and clean. Thank you once again for making us feel so welcome. cooperative staff. Very bad experience with this hotel. First the cost was through the roof and we booked it thinking it was 3 star but it is worse than a 1 star. There were cockroaches roaming around in the bathroom and in the room as well. Even if the room was clean, this is a serious health hazard. In the name of amenities, they gave a tv and a kettle. We had booked an Executive room but there were no efforts to make the stay better.
