Quality Inn Parle International (C)

This is the worst hotel I have ever dealt with. Despite being informed of a genuine emergency, they refused to honor a cancellation request that was made four days before the scheduled check-in. They kept the full payment even though they were aware of the severe weather conditions affecting travel. Their lack of understanding and customer support was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially when there are many better alternatives available that value their customers and handle such situations more fairly

Atmosphere is good Location is little unexpected Room are good if you are booking on app than direct, app cost are fully justifying the rooms not direct rates Can say value for money only Cleanliness is good Staff at restaurant is really good

Good property Front office staff are very helpfull. Vijayan, sachin, sajid, rohit are quite helpfull in their task.
