Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Westin Lakeside Powai, Mumbai, over the weekend of August 8, staying in a beautiful Lake View Room. The room was beautifully maintained, comfortable, spacious and of excellent quality, with the lake view adding an extra touch of tranquillity to the stay. What made the experience even more special was a surprise birthday room décor arranged for us. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that genuinely delighted my family and made the celebration even more memorable. The morning breakfast spread was another highlight—a wonderful variety of dishes, beautifully presented and full of flavour, with something to suit every palate. A special call out for Prachi Rane from the Guest Relations team, who took exceptional care of my family right from check-in through to check-out. Her warmth, attentiveness and proactive approach made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable family weekend with an excellent room, beautiful lake views, delicious food and, most importantly, genuinely warm hospitality.

The stay was very comfortable at westin. They had a really nice view of powai lake. Rutu was very hospitable and nice. Also the breakfast was very good at lake view cafe
