Greetings, Our stay in terms of all the parameters you expect from such hotels was super, with special reference to the staff around. Their mannerisms and courtesy was par excellence. Though 3 things need a mention. 1st . what literally destroyed our stay was the maintenance work. THE SOUND OF THE HAMMERS AND DRILL MACHINES WERE SO LOUD AND ANNOYING that it killed the holiday spirit. Someone banging on your heads early morning was so uncouth and unruly. You can't have the guest and the work going on simultaneously. Hopefully the hotel will rethink on taking the bookings until they are done renovating and not expose guest to this deadly sound trip. 2nd The gatekeeper on the beach side should have the guest list or he will keep you waiting endlessly to open the gate and wait for permission. 3rd. Your freshners smell was too overbearing, especiallylobby areas. Should be milder. If not for these, the stay was flawless. Again, staff behavioral patterns will ever be remembered and cherished.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Sun-n-Sand Hotel from 29/04/2026 to 30/04/2026 in Room No. 132 SPN. My fiancée and I truly enjoyed every moment we spent at the beautiful Juhu beachside location. The atmosphere, hospitality, and overall experience made our trip very special and unforgettable. We had heard many great things about this famous hotel before visiting, especially that many celebrities have stayed here. It was exciting to see their photographs displayed in the hotel lobby, which made our experience even more special. A special thanks to Ms. Shrusthi at the reception. She is extremely talented, professional, and has excellent communication skills. She helped us arrange our room quickly and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Her polite behavior and the way she speaks with guests really impressed us. We truly appreciate her kindness and look forward to meeting her again during our next visit so we can personally thank her. All the reception staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel management, restaurant service, and overall hospitality were excellent. The beach view was absolutely superb. Even though we did not get a beach-facing room, we still spent time enjoying the beautiful beachside view and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely return again next month. Thank you to Sun-N-Sand Hotel and the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable.
