Very pathetic experience ..quite noisy and dirty due to construction work. Water was dripping from roof above in 1st floor.after complaints we shifted to 214 room . Room seems to be better however water heater jug and coffee mug was quite dirty. Those pictures were uploaded.Even in thr washroom small live worms seen.

Nothing can beat the location nor the hospitality and lastly the price.

Greetings, Our stay in terms of all the parameters you expect from such hotels was super, with special reference to the staff around. Their mannerisms and courtesy was par excellence. Though 3 things need a mention. 1st . what literally destroyed our stay was the maintenance work. THE SOUND OF THE HAMMERS AND DRILL MACHINES WERE SO LOUD AND ANNOYING that it killed the holiday spirit. Someone banging on your heads early morning was so uncouth and unruly. You can't have the guest and the work going on simultaneously. Hopefully the hotel will rethink on taking the bookings until they are done renovating and not expose guest to this deadly sound trip. 2nd The gatekeeper on the beach side should have the guest list or he will keep you waiting endlessly to open the gate and wait for permission. 3rd. Your freshners smell was too overbearing, especiallylobby areas. Should be milder. If not for these, the stay was flawless. Again, staff behavioral patterns will ever be remembered and cherished.
