I stayed in the deluxe room and had selected the hotel because of the pics of greenery from the window. I was not disappointed. In addition the bathroom was spotlessly clean and sheets and towels were pure white. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was wholesome in keeping with the class of hotel (5* buffet b/f are elaborate but so are the charges). Hotel was conveniently located and away from the hustle bustle of the market. For my next visit will definitely book my stay here and again in deluxe.

Apart from best clean, tidy and hygenic premises, the hospitality extended by the staff by the staff is excellent.The staff found to be honest with unquestionable integrity towards customers as I experienced the gold chain forgotten by me in the bathroom was promptly returned to me with great efforts from them after merely a phone call from me to the house-keeping incharge, Shri Pradeep Shinde through reception which was incredible. I appreciate.

Shantai hotel in pune will be excellent choice for both business trips and leisure tours. Located only 3 km away from railway station, on a road which is not that much crowded. Rooms are excellent with all the modern facilities, check in check out process is lightning quick, room service is top notch, complimentary breakfast is too good(although options are limited) and the restaurant and cafe serve lip smacking food. Overall this hotel has everything that a guest wants. Price is not that high also. I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who are planning to visit pune.
