Our Park Plaza one night stay was very comfortable with a luxurious vibe. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the warm hospitality of security personnel at the gate to the greeters at hotel entrance, bell man and reception staff. The Club Regency room was elegant, and well-appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary for the night. Since the hotel was built a while ago, the room reflected slightly dated appearance at first sight but the management has done a commendable job keeping it at par with modern amenities. The complimentary access to the Club Lounge was a great perk although F&B choices were limited. The service was impeccable though. Everything from the seamless check-in to the attentive staff made us feel like valued guests. We highly recommend choosing the Club level for a truly premium and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning soon and trying the happy hour at the Passion lounge !
