Hotel Hawa Mahal

I actually liked the food in the restaurant but what I didn’t like and can’t accept is NO HOT WATER. How is this even a hotel without hot running water. I was told it would come in the morning but it never did.

The hotel is extremely well managed with evidence that the staff are trained to a very high standard. Security is well managed and unobtrusive. Check in was easy. We were all delighted with our rooms and the public areas. Everything was perfect. The housekeeping was the best I have experienced and the whole hotel was impeccably clean and hygienic. The art work and fresh flowers in communal areas was pleasant. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The estate management was impeccable . In the room the bed was very comfortable and quiet at night.

way of communication is very good . and staff and room service are good,The Hotel is excellent for good location, food quality, room amenities & good behavior of staff,overall good food and good staff and central location
