Excellent service all staff especially restaurant service too good

Awesome experience, being a foodie, it is a delight to be at Peshwari. Authentic frontier food, we ordered Barra Mutton, Tandoori Chicken, Dal Bukhara and Roomali roti. Must say it is the best food I have ever had. People who love food must go this place. It is costly though, but value for money.

My four-day stay at ITC Rajputana has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every member of the team made me feel genuinely valued. Their warm "Namaste", welcoming smiles, and sincere hospitality created an atmosphere that was both luxurious and heartfelt. A special mention goes to Ankur Sharma from Housekeeping, who beautifully decorated my room with balloons and a lovely pillow engraved with my name. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday truly unforgettable. The Housekeeping team also checked on me every day to ensure everything was perfect and to see if I needed anything. Their attention to detail and genuine care were remarkable. My heartfelt thanks to Tacham, who thoughtfully checked with me before accessing my room, as the team wanted to prepare a birthday surprise. That level of coordination and care made the celebration even more special. Rohit Mathur and F&B manager has been very kind and courteous. Thank you so much for everything. I would also like to thank Aman, Deepak, Suraj, Chandra, Thakur, and the entire Jalmahal team for their outstanding service and warmth throughout my stay. The legendary hospitality displayed by every department was truly remarkable. It wasn't just about excellent service—it was about making a guest feel welcomed, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. A big thank you to everyone at ITC Rajputana for turning my four-day stay into a memory I will cherish forever. I am truly glad that I chose ITC for this stay, and I cannot wait to return.
